Slower Traffic Keep Right

What is "slower traffic"?  If I am on a four-lane highway (two in each direction) and the sign says "slower traffic keep right", do I need to move to the right lane if I am doing the maximum speed limit?

Yes

If you are slower than someone else, regardless of the fact that you may be doing the speed limit, you are slower traffic and must yield to the right.
