Don't do anything, we don't need any improvements
Drivers should be road tested at each license renewal
Drivers should be randomly chosen for road testing
Drivers who receive two tickets in one year should be road tested
Drivers who receive a ticket should be able to exchange it for formal training once each year
Drivers with poor records should be prohibited from driving sooner than they are now
The blood alcohol limit for 24 hour prohibition should be .02 not .05
Create a 12 hour prohibition for all drivers with a blood alcohol level between .02 & .05
Impaired drivers who kill should never be able to drive legally again
Street racers who kill should never be able to drive legally again
Verified road rage incidents must include a prohibition on conviction
Bring back photo radar
