READ ME FIRST! Questions About Disputing Tickets
We're getting to the point where questions about ticket disputes are repetitive and while it is easier for you to simply ask about it without doing any research, it costs me more personal time to repeat typing the advice than I am willing to expend. So, with that in mind, I offer you the following important links that should be read before making any request for assistance here:
- Q&A: How to Deal With a Traffic Ticket
- Preparing for Trial? Request Disclosure.
- Lawyer Referral - Canadian Bar Association
- Defending Traffic Tickets - The Law Center, University of Victoria
Once you have read these, now search for the particular offence or point of law you are interested in using the search tool in the upper left corner of each page. "Follow too closely," "speeding school zone," "didn't sign ticket," "case law delay" for example to insure that your question has not already been answered.
If all of this preparation has not fully answered your question then send me an e-mail and I will try and help.
Those who don't follow this will be reminded that it is here and asked politely to research on their own first.
