I need to know how long does a yellow light at an intersection have to stay yellow for? I realize that the posted speed has to be taken into account and if there are advanced flashing amber lights.
I was issued a speeding ticket a year ago for excessive speeding. I was found travelling 125km/h in an 80km/h zone. I disputed the ticket and last week was issued a court date. I requested disclosure from the officer. He stated as he is quite busy he would like to offer me 2 pleas.

The incident that gave rise to this case occurred on November 17, 2006 at Kamloops and the court proceedings determining liability ended last week. Adrianna Browne was driving a pickup truck carrying temporary farm workers from a Knutsford farm to the New Life Mission downtown. I fear that the current speed limit review here in British Columbia will be driven by "me" centered drivers who have little or no consideration for other road users. This campaign gives valid reasons to support careful consideration of other factors beyond better roads and better vehicles should result in higher speed limits.
I'm kind of in a dilemma here. I understand how HOV lanes work and that motorcycles are exempt for the 2 person or more rule. My issue is with the ones in towns rather than the highways. Some of the lanes are marked only with a bicycle (which i get are for them only), but most are marked with a bicycle AND a diamond.
