Now everyone travels in those lanes. The only difference between the pullouts and passing lanes is that the pullouts don't have signs telling drivers that the lane is ending (why would it, it's not a travel or a passing lane - it's a slow vehicle pullout).
This case heard before Justice N. Smith examines a collision that occurred when a car driven by Miquel Cue stopped in traffic to make a left turn and was struck from behind by a truck driven by Roy Breitkreuz. Cue told the court that he had been waiting to turn left for approximately 5 seconds when he was struck by Breitkreuz.

It was not uncommon to be told that a new driver sign was not being displayed because adults took the sign as a signal to bully the new driver. A good definition of an aggressive driver is "an individual committing a combination of moving traffic offenses so as to endanger other persons or property." Do you fit this definition? A paper on the subject that I read recently states that the answer to this question is most likely "no."
