I have a tenant that is elderly and her vehicle is parked on the street and uninsured.
The mechanical soundness of the vehicle is seriously questionable. The vehicle owner said that the brakes are not working and she had to use the emergency brake to stop the vehicle in the past.
There have been times that she was so heavily medicated, people were surprised to see her get in her vehicle and drive away.
I was stopped when riding across Georgia Street on my bike, heading north on Nicola Street, in Vancouver, by a traffic cop who said I had to wait for the pedestrian walk signal.
This intersection has traffic lights on Georgia and stop signs on Nicola.
My spouse and I recently moved back to BC. He had a pending Driving Prohibition that had not been acknowledged since 2013. He was an N driver and was prohibited due to unsastisfactory driving record.
At the end of July he went into ICBC after finding out while trying to switch his license over and acknowledged the suspension.
Hello, Just wondering, If i am currently on the Alberta Interlock Program to get my full license back. Am i able to switch to a BC License and continue on with my program? I have moved here and was told I have 90 days to switch over my license however I am not going to be done my Alberta Interlock Program within that time.
I’m hoping to get a clear answer to a question I’ve always had about whether or not to proceed and clear an intersection on a yellow light or to stay put until next green light.
It seems to me that you could easily get a ticket for proceeding yet just as easily get found at fault for not proceeding. Here are the details:
