If someone is driving without a license and gets their friend's car impounded for 30 days, is there a way to get it out sooner? And is there any trouble for the owner of the vehicle (through their insurance or anything) for having someone drive the vehicle without a license and getting it impounded?
When a motorist is issued a traffic ticket, the service is proven by either the signature of the accused, or by completing the Certificate of Service on the rear side of the Officer's copy.
If there is information that required amendments to be correct that was not part of the shaded area, is there a requirement for the same proof of service as serving the original copy?
I was in a situation that could have been very ugly. I was waiting to turn right at an uncontrolled intersection. I was waiting for traffic to clear from the lane that I was about to turn into.

A few days ago, I have just received my first Novice License and had retained my L for a year without any issue or ticket. Today, I have driven up Burnaby mountain, and down for the first time and was ticketed out a speeding at 92km/hour in a 60km/hour zone.
Am I the only one who has been intrigued by the Law Firms who post advertisements seeking witnesses to "accidents"?
It would seem that, by that terminology, they have just weakened their client's case by admitting that it was "accidental". Should that determination not be made by the Court?
