New Driver Signs 2011Can someone with an L from BC drive in all the provinces? The family is planning a cross Canada trip and my son has his L. We were planning to drive back through the US. Can a person with an L from BC drive in the US?

Yes, he can, as long as he follows all of the requirements printed on the back of his driver's licence at all times. Those restrictions apply everywhere, not just in BC.
