Aimed at employers, this free on line winter driving safety course will help them prepare a winter driving safety program for their employees. The complete course takes 2 to 3 hours of study and is a joint effort of the Justice Institute of BC and WorksafeBC. Those who finish the course will be able to request a record of that fact. Why should an employer participate? The ultimate payoff is to avoid winter related crashes and their costs, but employers are increasingly being held accountable if they fail to provide a safe working environment for their employees.
