CASE LAW - Maasoumian v Superintendent of Motor Vehicles

He accumulated 17 penalty points and the Superintendent issued a notice prohibiting him from driving for 8 months. Before that prohibition began, Maasoumian added another 9 points to his record so the Superintendent extended the first prohibition by 6 months. The case revolves around Maasoumian's attempt to have the prohibition reviewed. He was not successful.
