The "Serve It Right" certification is such a crock. Just watching people in a pub you can tell if a server were to say, "Sorry sir you've had enough." you wouldn't be working there very long. Maybe if the server and establishment were to be responsible things would change. Wait now here's an idea, how bout if the establishment drives the customer home. Ya right!
