Q&A - Police access to ICBC records?

Q&A ImageI'm just wondering if the computers inside police cars have access to all of icbc's driving records and database?

Unless things have changed since I retired in 2005, no. Police then could see driver and vehicle licence information and the last 5 years of a driving record.

I've asked, and this answer is still true today.

What if you have say three tickets in the last five years, but you have beaten two of them in traffic court. How would that show up on the police officer's computer?

Keeping in mind my first answer, the ICBC driving record would only show the one conviction. Depending on the circumstances of the other two, PRIME may or may not show something.
