The Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan (CAMVAP) is a free service to resolve disputes with a manufacturer about defects in your vehicle’s assembly or materials, or how the manufacturer is applying or administering its new vehicle warranty.
CAMVAP uses binding arbitration to end your dispute within 70 calendar days, holding a hearing as close to your home as possible.
The list of manufacturers who have agreed to particpate in CAMVAP covers more than 94% of annual vehicle sales in Canada.
