I was given a ticket for not stopping for pedestrians at a crosswalk. It was a red light in front of me, with cars lined up behind a crosswalk about 10meters from the light on the right lane. I was on the left lane, slowing down before the red with only one car in front of me stopped at the light.

This weekend I was issued a speeding ticket for speed against a highway sign. On the ticket the motor vehicle act section says 143 (3), however I was looking at the ICBC website which says it should be 146 (3). Can I dispute a ticket on this basis of this mistake?
Recently I have been given a ticket for not stopping on a stop sign at an intersection equipped with a pedestrian controlled light while it was green. I live in Vancouver and could say that such intersections exist everywhere and almost every driver in the city is aware of the problem.
Why are radar locations are allowed to be broadcast on the radio road reports? I have seen, so many times, people drive slow where they know radar is, only to start speeding once they get past them. Isn't the idea of radar to catch the speeders?
QUESTION: I was given a 24 hour Driving Prohibition in Richmond. When I called the towing company after 24 hours to get their address I was told that there was a police hold on my vehicle. This so called hold carried on until I contacted the RCMP Officer who had issued me the 24 hour suspension.
