Road Safety Programs

The Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators (CCMTA) has announced the successor program to Canada's Road Safety Strategy 2015 encourages us all to Rethink Road Safety and make Canada's roads the safest in the world.

Beginning in 1996 with Road Safety Vision 2001 the goal of the programs has been "to heighten awareness of road safety issues among the general public, foster cooperation and collaboration among road safety agencies, provide more focused enforcement and improve data quality and collection practices."
