I am using an electric scooter without installing the pedals on it. the scooter only goes 35 km/hour. the officer give me ticket for section 13(1)(b) in a reason that i did not install the pedal on the scooter. he put on the ticket description is fail to display current plate. is that a violation? although i have a plate at the back saying E-bike no licence required. do i need to dispute or just pay it.

Question: When I'm in the advance left turn lane, and I am on the green, entering a 2 lane roadway, how far do I have to drive before I can change into the right lane? I had a situation where a new driver was entering the right lane after making a right turn on a right turn on red. They became upset with me for changing lanes from left to right.

I received a Violation Ticket (Speed in Playground Zone) about a year ago and will be disputing it at some point... (I still have not received my court date)

I just moved here from Manitoba and have already got my first BC speeding ticket! I was on my motorcycle on the Trans Canada in the construction zones. I was riding behind another motorbike at about 7 car lengths behind him when we passed the cop.

Question: I approached a 4 way stop sign, and I know without a shadow of a doubt that I stopped. I waited and proceeded straight through the intersection as there were no cars approaching the intersection from any direction. This happened about 10 pm at night, at an intersection about 3 blocks from my home, so it is an intersection I am very familiar with.

A few days ago an off duty police member from another town reported a family member as allegedly committing two traffic infractions.  A constable from our local RCMP has attended our home twice to try to serve this family member with the traffic tickets, but has (honestly) come when this family member was at work.

Question: I just phoned Abbotsford police about a driver of a Nissan GTR license plate 735-TRB that passed me at about 160 kmh on Riverside road. They say there is nothing they can do with the report unless I am willing to go to court. I have a life and work and am not making my wages for the day if I to go to court.

I was pulled over today for no reason and after a long wait the officer gave me a Motor Vehicle Act infraction warning because my driver side window doesn't roll down. I have looked and I can not find this in the Motor Vehicle Act, is this really an infraction?

I drive a semi tractor trailer for a living. I was wondering what cops' take is on slowly rolling through a stop sign at 5 kph, after scanning the intersection in a rural area and seeing no traffic.

I have a question regarding driving violation 214.1(1) prohibiting cell phone usage while driving. I recently was pulled over by an RCMP officer and when I asked what was wrong he said that I had been using my cell phone while driving. I tried to respectively deny this as I had not been using my phone.
