Question:I'm a class 7N driver which of course has the driving restrictions of 1 passenger only unless with at qualified supervisor 25+. I was wondering if someone 25+ with a valid driver's license from another country (or one from a different province) and international driving permit (IDP) can count towards being a qualified supervisor?

Question: Are you allowed to wear headphones, earphones or earbuds while driving a vehicle in British Columbia? Can an officer ticket you for using earbuds for hands free calling even if they are not in use? One of my earbuds doesn't work but i have to put it in my ear because the mouthpiece is attached to the one that doesn't work and the sound comes out of the other one.

Question: As far as I am aware very few, if any, of the electric golf carts or electric sidewalk conveyances that cross or use our streets are neither licensed nor qualified to be licensed. They are therefore not insured for liability nor property damage by ICBC.

I have received a City of Richmond bylaw ticket for parking my car on the street adjacent to my driveway without displaying  a valid licence plate or decal. (by law 5870 section 12.4(t)).   I have storage insurance on the car but i had to hand in the licence plates when i cancelled the regular insurance. Should i pay it, ignore it  or do i stand a chance if i fight it?

Is the City of Kelowna trying to single-handedly redefine the Higways act? Does it not fly in the face of existing BC road law?

I'm nearing my 71st birthday and have received the annual medical form required for all Class 1 license holders over, I believe, age 65. I haven't driven for over a year and have no plans to go back to work even on a part time basis.

Question: If I was driving at 150 km/h in a 110 km/h zone, is that considered excessive speeding? The definition I have found on line states that excessive speeding is over 40 km/h.

I have been commuting into Vancouver along Highway 1 and have noticed that the HOV lanes have an unacceptable percentage of single occupant vehicles. My estimate is that between 25% and 30% of vehicles are single occupant.

Question: Why was I charged for 9 days storage and my vehicle held for 8 days for a 7 day impoundment? The impound law under the MVA is very clearly stated in section 253(2) and section 251(1)(e).
