Q&A - Reporting Minor Collision Damage
When driving the Coquihalla highway this past Friday the 18th, I was rear ended by a small car. There was minor collision damage, two small paint scuffs from his license plate holder and there was no damage to his car.

It seems that the traffic police enforce only three things where I live: speeding, seat belts and alcohol. From my point of view there is effectively no policing of other bad driving habits. Consequently we now have a majority of drivers not using signals to change lanes.
Question: I drive stretch limousine part time. One of the attractions of renting a stretch limo (or a party bus) is for the customers being able to relax in the rear having a social drink in relative privacy (because the windows are heavily tinted and the barrier can be up to separate the driver from the guests) while a professional chauffeur cruises them around.
