You may have seen them, a pair of small whistles that you attach to your vehicle to scare deer away and prevent collisions with them. The intent is for the movement of your vehicle to force air through them and produce sound, or ultrasound that keeps deer off the highway and safely out of your path.
On December 13, 2008 at about 11:00 pm Van Tan Tran was driving southbound on Nanaimo Street in Vancouver, B.C. At the intersection of East 29th Avenue his vehicle collided with a vehicle being driven by William Edbrooke who was travelling westbound on East 29th and had slid through the stop sign on snow covered pavement.

Welcome to fall! It's the time of year that I have trouble driving to work in the morning. The sun is low in the sky to the east at the time of my commute and there is one spot on the highway where it shines directly into my eyes making it very difficult to see. Worse still, this location has an intersection with a traffic light that can be completely obscured by the glare.
Frank Potestio added four hazardous moving violations and one fail to wear seatbelt violation to his driving record between August 29, 2009 to May 9, 2011. He was sent a warning letter on June 19, 2011. It is humourous on the face of it, but if you really think about it they are really keenly aware of the dangers of drug impaired driving. I have received many e-mails telling me that marijuana does not impair driving, but my experience tends more toward what I see in the video.

Could they sue you in the case of an accident? If they pay at the end of the trip is that different?
What is the protocol for passengers paying for gas if there is a protocol?
When you are driving on the freeway and the yellow line appears on the right side of your vehicle, it's past time to correct the problem. You are driving on the wrong side of the road! Contrary to what one might think, instances of wrong way driving on divided highways are not rare. Thank goodness most instances are corrected by the wrong way driver before a crash occurs.
