I understand that when driving in a bike lane the speed limit is 30km/hr. However the signage for these can be confusing at times I find. Here in North Vancouver for example there are narrow residential roads with images of a bike and two arrows painted directly on the road. This isn't a bike ONLY lane as it's more in the middle of the road with the traffic and is not bound by white lines.

I'm working on a construction site in Delta and we recently acquired a 14 passenger van/bus to transport workers or employees from the site office to the job site. As per Worksafe BC, other than a class 4 licensed driver, the only thing we require is a Level 1 first aid kit (due to our proximity to hospital).
Question: I received a traffic ticket for not having entries for the previous two weeks in my log book. I explained to the officer that I did not normally drive trucks that required me to keep a log book and he wrote me the ticket anyway. I submitted the form for my dispute and then forgot all about it. A collection agency is chasing me for the fine now. What should I do?
