Can someone with an L from BC drive in all the provinces? The family is planning a cross Canada trip and my son has his L. We were planning to drive back through the US. Can a person with an L from BC drive in the US?

Yesterday's edition of the Victoria Times Colonist newspaper contained an article about Justice Minister Shirley Bond considering making the driving record of B.C. drivers public knowledge. The idea is that if conventional methods of convincing drivers to follow the driving rules are not successful, then it is time to find other solutions. This one would be aimed at embarrassing a non-compliant driver publicly.

For less than the price of a traffic ticket, you can find businesses on line that will sell you a "novelty" B.C. driver's licence that looks a lot like the real thing. Would it make a perfect gift for your favorite prohibited driver or perhaps avoid becoming prohibited if you have too many penalty points right now? Perhaps, but my bet is that you are just asking for more trouble if you try.
I am over 82 and have failed my first road test . However I hope with refresher lessons at driving school to do better next time.
In order to obtain a drivers license an individual must demonstrate knowledge of traffic laws/rules and proficiency in operating a motor vehicle.
Skills and knowledge were demonstrated when the drivers license was granted. Yet, over time many people replace those skills with poor habits, and the knowledge can become information infrequently accessed, if they can still recall it accurately or at all.
I need some serious help here because I've got a licence suspension! I am an N driver and I've sped twice in an almost two year period. Once was 110 km/h in a 90 zone and another time was 109 km/h in a 90 zone. Both occurred in a 4 month period whilst I was driving my friend (living on his own) to work.
Question: 
If a delinquent dad is operating a vehicle without a valid license because that license was revoked by the court due to non payment of child support, what can I do about it? The driver has been reported to the police numerous times. I've also shared a private investigator's report & video proving this.
I was driving my friends car without him knowing that i had no drivers licence. we got pulled over and the car got impounded for 30 days. he has a full time job and cannot go without a car. i on the other hand, am disabled, and cannot work and is willing to do what ever it takes to get his car out of impound so he can go to work. i will go to jail for a month or long because i know i was wrong.
